The hotel was the ideal choice for what we set out to accomplish. We hoped to book a hotel that was conveniently located, affordable, provide access to amenities, free parking, comfortable room and breakfast. We were thoroughly happy with the customer service and accomodations. We liked that the rooms were actually cleaned when we left the room for a period of time. The customer service texts made us feel as though our experience truly mattered. The restaurant (Tavern) food and drinks were impressive. The breakfast had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the temperature in the room.

The location was perfect for how far our friends was located. I wish I could have gotten a room on the 9th floor, but I guess it was a convention going on this weekend. The 5th floor was ok, but the viewing was not. But overall I loved the scenery when taking a stroll around the hotel.

an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic—just a short distance from the historic downtown, which made exploring so convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Location was great, value was great. Loved having pool and hot tub, very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. Did not visit the bar or restaurants but lovely to have the option.

Bonnie and Clyde Restaurant had amazing food. The hotel was less than a mile from our destinations, Meow Wolf and Legoland. The employees were so friendly, especially Mario (our Bellhop). Our room was immaculate and the beds were comfy. There was also a coffee shop (Java) in the lobby and plenty of seating near the hotel entrance to relax and visit.

The man who carried our luggage in and took care of us the whole time. When we called an Uber for that evening he made sure we were safe and was helpful with any questions we had. What a pleasure to have someone care. Also the bartenders were very nice and friendly and took care of our needs.

Was a great stay except for the sprinklers being on during the walk to the pool area. (Several days like this)
